Entry E transcends the usual category of college novels. It probes deeply and dramatically into a genuine human conflict that characterizes, but also extends beyond the new college generation. It will undoubtedly shock many people, but there can be no question of the integrity of Mr. Frede's intent and the seriousness of his concern about what he calls the I.B.M. generation.

His protagonist, Ed Bogard, is like many of this generation - mostly content to settle for security and conformity. He knows that he lacks the passion for life that would involve him with others, whether in emotional intimacy or in conflict. He knows that he always plays it safe-and this knowledge disturbs him. Then one dramatic weekend at his university, Bogard encounters a situation in which it is impossible to play it safe. This weekend is filled with football, girls, liquor and excitement.....

The dustjacket has some wear and slight discoloration. Not an ex library, no inscriptions. Very minor spotting on ffep. The cover and pages are intact and in good condition.
